REBUILDING ON ALL TYPES OF PUMPS AND IMPELLERS

All Pumps that come in are disassembled and inspected checking the  housing and Impeller for wear, scores or cracks, also checking wear on end plates and shaft, also checking seals and Bearings. 

After approval for repair, Impeller is Build up and Machined and Dynamically Balanced end plates are surface ground, and shafts are Buildup and machined Housing is built-up and Machined using various dove and duck tail cutters

All Pumps are reassembled with New Bearings, Seals, and o-rings 

After assembly the Pump is tested to assure original manufacture  specification.
